De/Evolve At Will???

Simple Poll.....

Would you want too not have to train pokemon up levels but instead just evolve them or pre-evolve them with speacial items and each stage would have its own permanent level??

Ex:
Charmander Lv.10----------->Charmeleon Lv.20------->Charizard Lv.30
Charmander Lv.10<-----------Charmeleon Lv.20<-------Charizard Lv.30

I picked the wrong poll result I say NO because then evolving would be to easy and the whole point and fun and difficulty of the game would be reduced to 5 year old standards![no offence to 5 year olds]

Still not sure I am understanding the purpose of de-evolving, but I don't like the idea nontheless. If you could evolve your Poke at will, I believe they should encorporate the same rules as when you use a stone to evolve certain Pokes. If you want to evolve Beldum into Metagross at Lv20, that is fine, but kiss it learning Meteor Mash at Lv55 goodbye. Evolving Pokes too soon should have its consequences.

Why would we want to "de-evolve " our pokemon or worse "de-level" them?
