Deciding on pokemon... opinions welcome

Ok so I have a Physical sweeper (Absol) and a physical wall (Swampert) I cant decide on a special sweeper and a special wall, I would really appreciate your opinions on which would suit my team most.

Special sweepers Out of these:

- Venusaur good speed, better sp.atk
- Raichu great speed good sp.atk
- Victreebel good speed great sp.atk
- Tentacruel great speed good sp.atk
- Electrode excellent speed good sp.atk
- Jolteon excellent speed great sp.atk (not a fan of eveelutions but I am considering it)
- Typhlosion great speed great sp.atk
- Houndoom good speed great sp.atk
- Sceptile great speed great sp.atk

Special walls Out of these:

- Dewgong good hp good sp.def
- Muk good hp good sp.def
- Lapras great hp good sp.def
- Vaporeon great hp great sp.def (id rather it be one eveelution or the other rather than both.)
- Empoleon good hp good sp.def
- Lickilicky good hp good sp.def

Muk with Black Slduge is quite impressive. I would give Lapras a try also. =D

Jolteon, Houndoom and Sceptile seem the best out of those pokemon. It really depends what else is in your team.

Meh, I'd go with Weezing over a Muk.

Weezing is a physical wall though, where as Muk is a special wall

Venasaur shouldn't be a special sweeper. it is more of a tank/annoyer. Venasaur has good enough defence and sp.def to withstand a couple of attacks, and with moves like sleep powder and leech seed, even giga drain at its disposal, it can create problems for certain teams.

Sceptile is an excellent pokemon, but it's kind of fragile(well, its base sp.def is pretty good). As a sweeper though, it blows venasaur out of the water.. er grass..

And since when did raichu have great speed? 100 base speed is good but there are about 40 pokemon faster than it. That's not really great. Sceptile has great speed, raichu, good but not great.
