Deck Creating

Ok. I want to start making a Deck now, to play with. I want it to be Psychic, but I want some cool cards to be in there. Is mixing Water and Psychic a good idea?

Oh. I really haven't built a Deck in all the years I was into PKMN, I just collected them. I just need to buy a few more packs and some Energies and I am set. Would you recommend a certain pack to buy?

Hidden Legends and Ru/Sa.
For a Psy/Wtr Deck, those are the best (My Opinion...)

Try to find the Gengar EX in fire red and leaf green packs to get this awesome psychic type.
