I haven't played in a year and never in any real competitive setting, so my deck building is based on logic and common patterns in decks i have seen.

    Bulbasaur X4 (EX: Crystal Guardians)
    Ivysaur X2 (EX: Crystal Guardians)
    Venusaur X1 (EX: Crystal Guardians)
    Oddish X4 (EX: Hidden Legends)
    Gloom X2 (EX: Hidden Legends)
    Bellossom X2(EX: Hidden Legends)
Dark Celebi X1 (EX: Hidden Legends)
    Totodile X3 (EX: Dragon Frontiers)
    Croconaw X1 (EX: Dragon Frontiers)
    Electrike X2 (EX: Trainer Kit)
    Charmander X3 (EX: Trainer Kit)
    Darkness energy X2
    Electric energy X10
    Grass energy X10
    Lifeherb X3
    Potion X4
    Switch X4
    Energy Search X2
    Celio's Network X2

Could people rate it for me?
    Is it completely dreadful?

To start off, I am realitively new to competitive play also but in the one tournament that I have played in recently, I got second place(it was a prerelease though). Any way I am good at building deck themes though and can see some possible errors that may happen in your game play. First off if you are playing in any kind of POP tournament(Pokemon Organized Play) then you will have to use the current modified format(certain new series of cards)unless the information for the tournament says other wise. The cards from hidden legends would qualify as not being POP legal(Possibly Life herb too). next is the typing(energy wise). I'm not sure whaat type some of the pokemon are but to my knowledge, unless some are delta species, you have up to 5 types in your deck(post back with some more accurate typings). It is reccomended that most decks have 1-2 types of pokemon with colorless if you want them. Next is quantity(note that this may contain major bias). There should be many more of a variety of trainers. Haveing the same ones is nice for a simple stratagy but having a variety is good to mix it up a little. You do have around the average quantity of each type of card in your deck. I hope this review helped and if you want more help try posting back more information like types, hp, attacks, pokepowers, and pokebodies+ an idea of what your main stratagy is.

Hi dude, which Uk tournament will you attend?
Unfortunately you can only use cards from sets Deoxys and up (and soon Holon Phantoms and up). So unfortunately you have to remove quite a few.

Try to get some another line of Pokemon (or more Venusaurs) and more trainer cards in there. It appears that Venusaur would be the main attacker and theres only one of them here. That means its unlikely to come out and if prized/KOD cant be used again.
Strong lines would be 4-3-3 or (soemthing with Rare Candy).

Good Luck with the deck, theres very little here to work on to be honest. However as it is right now, it wont win that many games Im sorry to say :(
