Decoding Action Replay Codes

    I have an action replay. I have the wild encounter and shiny codes for pokemon emerald and they work fine. The pokemon is always of a "Timid Nature". I am trying to decode the structure of the code to understand what I can do to change the nature and other characteristics of the shiny pokemon. Please see link below for further details.
