[Script] Deleting all instances of Sevii Islands (including E4 rematches, Post-Game)

    Hey, all! I'm hoping to just do a simple romhack for a few friends and have been having a pretty fun time doing so. However, I've always disliked the whole Sevii Island episodes, and was looking for guidance to safely remove them from the game. I'll enumerate my questions below; hopefully, someone can point me in the right direction!

    1. After defeating Blaine, is it safe to DELETE the Bill script, or will this lead to issues with progressing to Viridian/E4?
    2. I know that E4 members have some sort of "checkflag" to see if they use their rematch teams. By removing those related commands from the script, will the E4 be safe to rematch (I pretty much intend for the E4 to be the end of the game with a solid team, so no need to rematch).
    3. How do I prevent Oak from initiating the post-game content, which thus forces the player to go to the Islands while temporarily disabling the E4?
