3rd Gen Deoxys - Is It Only Available In America Or Japan?

well i live in australia and teres never, ever been any nintendo events that have deoxys... there was a mew and celebi one but they never bought deoxys to oz... the mew and celebi ones was where:

in mew they linked u up to some guys gameboy that was full of mews (r/b)

in celebi u put ur cart in this machine and it uploaded celebi to it (g/s)

but no deoxys (fr/lg)... dont they care about australia anymore?

Nop cuz Australia sucks j/k, maybe since its not a big industry they don't care. I think in south America they don't get events, and maybe other parts of the world don't either.
