This is in the wrong forum. When you have a question about Emerald ask it in the R/S/E Simple Question thread. But because I know the answer to your question, I will give you the answer I gave in a thread you started under the same topic from November.

There ONLY two ways. With an Aurora Ticket or using codes. If you need the code, search for the code in the code thread (located in the group of stickies in the R/S/E (GBA) forum) because Deoxys is fairly popular.

Otherwise, if you have any other questions concerning this subject or another subject ask it in Simple Questions. It really helps us reduce spam. The Simple Questions thread is found in the group of stickies at the top of the R/S/E (GBA) thread listing or in a very convienant link in my sig.
