Design a Legendary For My Hack in Progress

Design a new Gen V/ Gen VI Legendary Pokemon with name, base stats, and maybe upload a picture as well if you can spare the time to draw one. NO RIDICULOUSNESS PLEASE DON'T GO OVER THE TOP WITH STATS/HP i want one like Shaymin/Victini/Celebi/Jirachi not overly powerful but not average. I might include it in a hack i'm making (you will recieve credit if i go ahead with it)

If you're looking for help on your hack, this isn't the place to ask. You might want to check out the Progressing Hacks subforum to gather people that might be able to help you, though I don't know much about the rules to follow there. I would suggest reading the guidelines there first, before making or doing anything for your hack.
