Hi, I hope u can help me on this. My team needs drastic improvement but I don't have any idea of the best way 2 do it. Could u please give me some suggestions or maybe suggest a few alternative Pokemon 2 the ones I have. Please bear in mind that I only have Pokemon Blue, Red, Gold & Crystal. Ok here's my team (& yes, I do realise it's crap) :embarrass :

    Jolteon:
    Thunderbolt
    Double Edge
    Double Kick
    Thunder Wave

    Venusaur
    Razor Leaf
    Solarbeam
    Mega Drain
    Sleep Powder

    Poliwrath:
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Earthquake
    Hypnosis

    Ninetales:
    Fire Blast
    Hyper Beam
    Flamethrower
    Confuse Ray

    Nidoking:
    Rock Slide
    Earthquake
    Hyper Beam
    Mega Kick

    Mewtwo:
    Swift
    Psychic
    Blizzard
    Recover

Any help u could give me would be appreciated beyond belief! Cheers. :D

id say you have a great team layout. what levels are they at?

They're all on lvl 100. It's just that I want 2 add an element of strategy 2 my team. Right now it's kind of 'all-out attack', which doesn't really get me anywhere. Any ideas?

well a good start will be reviewing the advanced trainer's guide ^_^; It maybe a RSFRLG guide, but many of the things can be carried on to GSC as well.

    Jolteon @ miralcberry
    -thunderbolt
    -growth
    -HP Water/Ice
    -substitute

    Venusaur @ leftovers
    -sleep powder
    -leech seed
    -giga drain/razor leaf
    -HP special

    Poliwrath @ leftovers/quick claw
    -(keep the same I guess)

    Ninetales @ leftovers
    -roar
    -flamethrower
    -confuse ray
    -reflect/quick attack

Use quick attack if reflect is illegal.

    Nidoking @ leftovers
    -sludgebomb
    -earthquake
    -fire blast
    -roar

    Mewtwo @ miracleberry
    -psychic
    -submission/HP fighting
    -<insert 2 of the 95 elementals here>

What are HP Special Or HP Water & Ice? Are they moves from Ruby & Sapphire because I don't have either of them.

    they're "Hidden Power Ice," "Hidden Power Water" or "Hidden Power <any element you want that's special based?". You should perhaps refer to the advanced trainers' guide as instructed earlier to know what they are ^_^;

Well as for me i'm still a fan of baton passing jolteons ^_^
since the correct HPs will be impossible to get try
    Jolteon
    growth/substitute
    thunder wave
    thunder bolt
    baton pass

ahhhh the good days of no personalities and EVs ^_^

PS i strongly suggest using frostweavers guide for some help.............

lol if ur feeling cheap try

    Poliwrath
    mind reader
    fissure
    surf
    hypnosis/earthquake/ice beam

lol can a submissioning Mewtwo destroy a countering blissey??

    i love blissey ^_^
