Well this is my newest tool written in C#. It can download all picture from deviantart gallery or favorite list.

Download: v1.1

For Window Vista, Window 7, Window XP with .Net Framework: Download

For Window XP without .Net Framework: Download

Tested it, and only a little lag w/ loading images
or when you keep pressing up or down.

Yeah, because it need to download that image to show in the preview.
