    Okay so this the third time I've posted this but I just learned about DevKitPro and I'm wondering IF I can open up a ROM in it or if I have to/can transfer the game codes/data over into a new project and modifying it as I go?

    And will that be better to do in the long run or should I just stick to hack tools?
