    dex.doc (table version of 362.txt, 615.txt, 616, and 621.txt)
    items.doc (table version of 343.txt and 344.txt)

All files have entries in numerical order of the respective indices. Enjoy.

A note about encoding: all text is in UTF-8. The game uses smart quotes so the extracted texts also use smart quotes. \n represents a line break. These are not present in the word documents, and have been replaced by a space. In retrospect, that was most likely a bad idea. Oh well.
