    did they ever release the event for mew on the island on emerald
     
    I have a mew...........hehe. But yeah they did an event. It was for the premeir of Lucario and the mystery of mew.
     
    he wasn't talking about that one, he was talking about the old sea map event. I think it was either japan only or never, more likely never. So technically it is impossible EVER to obtain an old sea map without hacking.
