Is there a HUGE difference if i were to train a pokemon with appropriate EVs and a decent Iv pokemon (15-26) with appropriate Evs? Same pokemon of course.

    I got bored of Breeding...

31 points in stats is a HUGE Difference, and in the case of natures, 35 points of stats.

Also, 15 is below average. 22 is the minimum you want to shoot for.

But I'd always be "Greedy," and go for 29 or more, Iceman. But that's just me. x.x But yes, the 31 point boost IS a very big difference.

& that depends on the stat. 28 is better for HP IV's.

In my opinion, 26 IVs is the lowest amount you can have.

Except it's far too difficult to get 26+ IVs in every single stat.
This is the way I look at it.

Choice Band / Choice Scarf Physical Sweeper - 27+ Attack, 20+ Defense / Sp. Defense, 20+ HP, 29+ Speed
(Sweepers with 115 Base Speed are required to have 30 Speed)

Choice Specs / Choice Scarf Special Sweeper - 27+ Sp. Attack, 20+ Defense / Sp. Defense, 20+ HP, 29+ Speed
(Sweepers with 115 Base Speed are required to have 30 Speed)

    Physical Wall - 27+ Defense, 24+ HP, 20+ SDef

Special Wall - 27+ Sp. Defense, 20+ Defense, 24+ HP

As far as Dragon Dance Sweepers go, I try to at least get over 24 in all stats, no matter how hard it is.

I think the same way, but I like to aim for 26-30 in all stats if possible. [I'm more of a perfectionist]
