3rd Gen difference between Plusle and Minun stat-wise in a Pokemon emerald?

    I am not a video game player.I have no interested in this kind of stuff.But when I read the article on Pokemon series from the site college essay writing service, I really interested in Pokemon, which was invented by Game Freak, is played all around the world in many different countries. and wish to play the game.Now I am a big fan of Pokemon, So I want to ask the question here.Does there is any difference between Plusle and Minun stat-wise in a Pokemon emerald? I mean that one is better than the other? If so, who is better?
