I don't think that there are any storyline differences, which is odd really, because the name "Explorers of Time" seems to really fit with the plot, and I just can't see what "Explorers of Darkness" has to do with it. But maybe that's just me.

I agree with this one. It doesn't fit in the plot.

The only difference is the Pokemon I guess......

Darkness = Mewtwo
