[Graphics] Different game show differet OW when Link Cable / Trade

Hello,

is there anyways to make OW of different ROM, is not same like OW ours?

i mean, like when you Link Fire Red with E/R/S, it show differet OW.

What i want, was when i link my romhack (base on FR) will show different OW from Vanilla FR.
Example, my rom hack show custom OW, Vanilla FR shows RED OW

Do you mean you want it to change only when you link?

Like, say the OW changes to have the character holding a Game Boy or something.

Or do you just mean you want the player character to have a custom sprite?
Since that is way easier.

i mean, OW depends on what game we play.

Example, i play my romhack so it show OW custom my romhack.
then i link to vanilla FireRed, Friend's OW still RED / Original, my Player's OW custom.
same like when link to vanilla Ruby, it shows OW Ruby.

it has same base rom, but different OW for main character
