5th Gen Different Types of Moves do different things to the Camera?

I have noticed that all of the fire moves they have shown panned the camera backwards. I wonder if different types of moves affect the camera in different ways.

I think thats how it works, Bigger the attack the more panned out it gets. Surf is also pretty big...
