[Battle] Displaying Hidden Power for Pokemon Emerald?

    I want to make Hidden Power have its fixed 60 base power like in later gens, and have the type display on the Pokemon of choice. I know there is an ASM resource, but that is for Fire Red. Is there any other source to get the Hidden Power type to appear, or is there a way to do it with hex editing (alongside having the base power be fixed)?
