    What? But why not? ):

I wonder if this means they're planning something special for breeding... or maybe they just didn't want to deal with the "transform" deal in the game yet.

I'm in Florida where there is usually a lot of water. I'm used to catching magikarps as a result. Today I was walking from the gas station to the place where I'm waiting to get my oil changed. I noticed a Magikarp pop up. Even though those are common to me, I decided to catch it anyway. I tried about 10 regular balls and I couldn't catch it. Then I tried a few great balls and still couldn't catch it. I was wondering what was going on because a carp with 88 CP shouldn't be giving me that much trouble. I thought I would forget it because I was wasting all my balls, but I couldn't let it go un caught. I tried a few more times and finally got it. I was wondering why it was in the place it was (no where near wayer) and why it was so hard to catch. But once I caught it and it turned into Ditto it made sense. Yay was worth the loss of all the balls

The old thread got necromanced, but for a good reason.

I caught one today as well, it was one of these pigeons.

It has a unique transformation animation after you catch it. Quite cool.

I would advise you to keep all of them, if you catch several, because they could have a very special purpose later on.

I battled Ditto at a gym today but not got one yet although this could have been good for April Fools Day if another Pokemon changes into it.
