No, there's a setting that raises all levels to 100 before the battle (it's optional though). Most people use it unless it's a Little Cup battle or something.Having said that, this isn't the correct forum to ask for Pokémon Gaming help. There are help threads associated with each generation in the Pokémon gaming forums that would have been better to ask this question. Community Questions and Feedback is a place to ask questions or leave feedback and suggestions about the forum.
