That's what mystery event is for.. yup you get an eon ticket by mystery ticket.
 
Yes, you get Tickets via Mystery event, but you only get them if other friends have it or if you get it from a Nintendo event. Other than that I don't know what can you do with it.

Another thing u can do with mystery gift is

go to pokemon.com click the #3pokeball and if u got a wii and DS follow the instructions and u can get a fre magmorter and electrickvive ( sp )
