    Do you need to ask a Moderator to make a trade thread? (As in, a lot of 30 different pokemon with egg moves!)?
     
    Nope, as long as you have enough pokemon to sustain your own trade thread, you're all set.

    BTW, I think you should have at least 15 Pokemon to trade with. IMO +_+
