    Something I've noticed so far is that Unova has a lot of NPCs, usually doctors and nurses, who hang out at certain locations and heal your Pokémon. They're found in or near locations where it might be inconvenient to go all the way back to a Pokémon Center -- outside Pinwheel Forest and in Desert Resort, for example. Usually they are Trainers whom you have to battle once, and after that they will always fully restore your Pokémon every time you come back to them.

    What do you think about these helpful characters? Do you use them during your journey? Or do you think they make the game too easy?

    Personally, I find them incredibly convenient. It's cheaper than stocking up on even more items, and easier than going all the way back to the last Center. I think there are just enough of them, too; they aren't all over the place, but they're in some of the long dungeons and stuff where you could get in some real trouble without a way to keep your Pokémon healthy.

    They are very helpful because I was stuck in Twist Mountain and my team was limping through when I saw a doctor and I was very glad to find one. Why go all the way back the the Pokemon Center?
     
    Loved them when I was grinding before a gym or against a tough NPC. Also was nice in Chargestone and Twist Mountain when trying to search for some stones in dust clouds -- and maybe a bit of Cryogonal too. :P

    Totally in for the user friendliness. I welcomed them warmly and used them a lot, but I was always giving myself a facepalm after using up some exquisite healing item, only to find the Doctor right in the next room. How unfortunate for me.

    Personally, the most invaluable doctor to me was the one in Victory Road, while the least useful doctor was the nurse at Pinwheel. Seriously, it's only a few steps to the Pokémon Center, so I didn't understand why she was right there. Was the steps towards the Trial Rock really that tough or something? :v
     
    I love the Doctors and Nurses scattered across the region. They are very helpful, but I sort of dislike the fact that you have to battle them before they will heal your Pokemon. Sometimes when I come to them I really need to heal and have trouble beating them. Other than that they are really helpful and convienent.
