Does Action Replay come with usb and disk?

    im pretty sure ar is supposed to come with the usb and disk....i mean how else do you update it with the comp? someone please help me, i need to know what ar to get, and how to get a cable for it.
     
    Since this isn't even about Pokemon gaming, I'll move it to Other Games ^_^
