4th Gen Does anybody know how to get celebi legit without the actual wi-fi event?

i want to get celebi and i know what to do but i dont use cheats or mods so can somebody help? will a trade or battle work?

There is no current way yet, unless you have a r4 or action replay. If so, go to supercheats and find the wi-fi pokemon cheat code

Some dude on Youtube was giving them out. Not sure if they're legit or clones. He also gave me a rockin Rattata. It's like no other!

Yeah, there currently hasn't been a held Celebi Event as yet for HG/SS, however it is expected to happen sometime. Although, if you have anymore questions please use the HG/SS Help Thread.
