Well I'm pretty sure no EVs are involved there...
So I'll just go ahead and rate stuff.
I don't know mismagius' attack so but I think payback is bad on her.
Your not baton passing anything with drifblim really...
Bastiodon is plainly bad but...endure sucks on him, block is only good with perish song but I think after switching effects cancel.
Luxray is physical not special. So discharge is bad.
Staraptor is actually the best one so far... though takedown is bad.
Dunno nothing about empoleon but sure as hell it's not suppose to have whirlpool.
P.S as of right now. 5:54 EST it's in the wrong forum...
Suppose to be on movesets and strategies. (I think I got the name right...)

Do you want me to help your replace a few pokes in your team? If you do, I will gladly, but if you dont, ill rate your team like as is, so which will it be?

your empoleon is not very good, it has a great special attack so perhaps surf instead of hydro pump, also ice beam is handy for dragons and a fair few other pokemon. drill peck is good because it covers his weakness to fighting. i cant see the use of mist but then its entirely dependant on your opponent most people tend to go for damaging attacks more often so a filler move like flash cannon or grass not would be good. you might also use protect and aqua ring if your team needs more of a tank pokemon, combined with leftovers you can get a fair bit of free recovery

    Empoleon Lv. 59
    -Surf/Hydropump
    -Icebeam
    -HP Electric
    -Stealth Rock/Toxic/GrassKnot

Classic Bolt-Beam... without the Bolt... with HP electric. Stealth Rock completely ruins SDWeavile and other Focus sashers.

    Staraptor Lv. 49
    -Double Edge
    -Close Combat
    -U-Turn
    -Brave Bird

U-Turn in case of a enemy approaching so you can just switch out, Staraptor's goal is to do as much damage as possible, so Double Edge suits the job,

    Luxray Lv. 56
    -Crunch
    -Spark
    -Ice Fang
    -Quick Attack

Physical Bolt-Beamer. Quick attack is a nice Finishing move. Discharge is a no-no since its Special Attack is horrible. Spark has better accuracy, and a better Paralyze chance so spark over Thunder fang.

    Bastiodon Lv. 52
    -Taunt
    -Toxic
    -Metal Burst
    -Rest

Metal Burst fails when you run into walling pokemon. thats how Taunt helps the opponent to attack every turn so Metal Burst has use.

    Drifblim Lv. 51
    -Recycle/Shadowball
    -Baton Pass
    -Substitute/Shadowball
    -Explosion

Recycle re-uses a good item and also raises Drifblim speed. Which can later be Baton Pass. Sub-Passing is very efficient for a sweeper.

    Mismagius Lv. 46
    -Payback
    -Shadow Ball
    -Perish Song
    -Grudge

I'll skip Mismagius since idk anything about him... her... it.

I hope this helps. Good luck!
