does anyone know if the wonder trade egg glitch has been fixed?

so im going to be getting a 3ds in the after christmas sales and i have a copy of x and i was wondering if the wonder trade egg glitch is fixed ,because i want to use it because i have some good pokemon to put on it(starters ,feebas ,bagon and a few others)
