Yuck at Focus Sash. Hippowdon is one of the most common leads with TTar not far behind...Zappy is a lot better with life orb.

    Garchomp@Choice Scarf
    Nature: Adamant
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Fang
    -Stone Edge

    ...

    Glaceon@Leftovers
    Nature: Bold
    -Ice Beam

    Metagross@Choice Scarf
    Nature: Adamant
    -Explosion
    -Pursuit / Thunderpunch
    -Earthquake
    -Meteor Mash

Ice Punch is yuck, especially since you can revenge kill dragons with scarfchomp anyways. It needs adamant also.

    Arceus@Flame Plate *cough* kidding!

    Yuck.

I really hope you don't let that metagross die, or else Weavile will sweep your entire team easily. Ice Shrd alone from most any pokemon will KO two of your pokemon :0

    Could you please post EVs?

Memento?, Well change to Leftovers anyways....

So... Do you think its okay or are there changes to be made?

Well, As Anti-pop Says, Weavile destroy everything, only Cross could resist, May be Garchomp If the Weavile don't have focus Sash. Metagross also kill you, You only have Garchomp to kill him. I really don't like to much have more than 1 pokemon with Sash a Tar or an Hippowdon will make your life painfull, but I use a Gengar with Sash anyways, as starter... Sash may be usefull on the beginning with pokemon that have weak defences but after a Hail or Sandstorm will finish you.
Another thing, can you put ur EV's or you are plenty sure on them??
One last thing, can you explain why the moveset of everyone, for guide well....
