Can someone explain how I can make it to when someone's mouse hovers over the images in my signature, that tiny screen pops up, (most people showing their PC family that way)

That would be the title tags.

[title=insert what you want to pop up here]blahblahblah[/title]

and it would look like this:

blahblahblah.

In the case of an image:

[title=insert stuff here][img]https://i891.photobucket.com/albums/ac113/Onigiri_Iconz/Shugo%20Chara/Hinamori%20Amu/4.png?t=1252928822[/img][/title]

and thus:

Now please, change your text color.
