Doors will never let me walk in.

    So I've been building Sandune City, and one error has proven fatal to my success thus far: when I enter any building in Sandune City, the door will open, but I cannot walk in it.

    I initially thought it was the event, but I copied and pasted the event from another city. Sometimes, it lets me enter the building, but then when I try it again I'm blocked off again. And it's not just one door, it's EVERY door in one city specifically! I have checked all the doors and nothing could possibly prevent passage, even then the event turns through on. It's incredibly frustrating. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
