    Today, I have 2 teams to submit, one GSC and one FR, so here goes:

    GSC:

    - Earthquake
    - Toxic
    * Spiker. Blows up when jop is done. Also Poisons the Opponent.

    2. Arcanine@Mint Berry
    - Curse
    - Extreme Speed
    - Fire Blast
    - Rest
    * I think it's a Standard moveset.

    3. Slowbro@Mint Berry
    - Surf
    - Thunder Wave
    - Amnesia
    - Rest
    * Tank. Outlasts even Mewtwo.

    4. Hitmontop@Leftovers
    - Triple Kick
    - Agility
    - HP Ghost
    - Substitute
    *Sub-Breaker. Fun to use.

    5. Jumpluff@Leftovers
    - Leech Seed
    - Encore
    - Sleep Powder
    - Giga Drain
    * Annoying Staller.

    6. Xatu@Mint Berry
    - Haze
    - Psychic
    - Giga Drain
    - Rest
    * My Hazer. Nothing else to say...

    * Spiker. Also traps with Clamp and Stalls with Toxic. Ice Beam for Ninjasks.

    EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Sp. Attack, 6 HP
    Nature: +Sp. Attack, -Attack
    - Calm Mind
    - Giga Drain
    - Psychic
    - Wish
    * Sp. Sweeper. Can heal himself and others with Wish.

    3. Nidoqueen@Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP, 129 Defense, 129 Sp. Defense
    Nature: +Sp. Defense, -Sp. Attack
    - Roar
    - Earthquake
    - Toxic
    - Protect
    * Toxi-Shuffler.

    4. Primape@Leftovers
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
    Nature: +Attack, -Sp. Attack
    - Bulk Up
    - Rock Slide
    - Cross Chop
    - HP Ghost
    * Physical Sweeper. Cross Chop hurts alot, even with 80% Accuracy.

    5. Slowbro@Leftovers

    Nature: +Defense, -Attack
    - Surf
    - Amnesia
    - Toxic
    - Rest
    * Tank. Can outlast most UU Pokemon.

    - Seismic Toss
    - Thunder Wave
    - Milk Drink
    - Heal Bell
    * Bleah..Just didn't want to use Blissey...
     
    As for Slowbro i'm a fan of

    Just attack away..........


    but a tanking bro could work........but blissey does it so much better

    If Cloyster is spiking then why trap?
    either toxicshuffle [ IMO that sucks ] and spike
    or just spike and shuffle
    or just toxic trap
