Hello I am new here and I have downloaded a hacked GBA Rom.

I have see the rom is a ips file now a have a question:
How can I open or play the game/file?
I hope anybody can help me.

It's pretty simple. First, open up Lunar IPS. (Google to find it if you don't have it.) Then, select apply patch, select the patch, then select a clean rom.(Make sure you know what the hack was a hack of! i.e: If it was a hack of Ruby, apply the patch to a Ruby rom.)Then, you're done!

A "clean rom file" is simply a ROM that hasn't been hacked or tampered with at all, so that there is a better chance of it running better when its patched.

Step 1: Legally acquire a ROM of the game which was used as the base of the hack you'd like to play.

Step 2: Patch the ROM with Lunar IPS and the patch for your hack of choice.

Unless you moved it, no it's not, Mason. O.o ROM Hacking is the perfect place to ask for advice on how to play a ROM Hack, is it not?
