[Other] DPE TM compatibility

So I've installed DPE and CFRU and when testing everything I've found that eevee can't learn dig and monferno can learn water pulse (through tm) I've checked the TM folder in the DPE and eevee is in the dig folder and monferno isn't in the water pulse folder! Does anyone know what has happened?

I've attached pictured of the TM case with the setting that I have (the first and second picture are together and the third and forth are together) in both pictures of the TM case, roost is ment to be cut.

With the settings for the third and forth pictures, it fixes the compatibility with the pokemon TM learnset.
