Dragon dance boosts ATTACK,
but all of seadra/kingdra's attacks are special arent they?

while were on this topic, what would you say is the best move set for kingdra?

Dragon Dance boosts Atk AND Spd. Yes, Kingdra has a severely limited physical movepool. Avoid DD on Kingdra at ALL COSTS.

Kingdra @ Leftovers
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rain Dance
- Surf
- Toxic/Rest

|ve just lately been using lots of non-damagin attacks, and | saw that lances Kingdra uses it sever times before his surf KOs me in one hit, that why | questions what exactly made an attack special.
