3rd Gen Dragon Fang dentistry needed.

OK, so I have been looking for this Dragonf Fang item for weeks now. I lookup online where it should be, meteor falls. I check the guide, Meteor Falls. I go thru meteor falls... I use Itemfinder so much the dang thing should start swearing at me, or my select button should fall out the otherside of my gameboy.. Regardless, I can NOOOOTTT find this dang thing. Where is the exact location, please help?

Ok i read online that you get Dragon Fang, by battling Dragon Tamer Nicholas, his pokemon hold dragon fang so you have to steal it from his pokemon by using non-other then Thief to get it.

it is in metor falls steal it from the dragon tamer steal it from is dragonite after the 5th battle with him
