3rd Gen dragon scale

You get it by catching a Dragon Pokemon. When you catch it, it might be holding the sscale. Or you could try stealing one from a Dragon.

Your best bet is to either try stealing it from a bagon or catching manny many bagon in many many repeat balls, I duggest bringing a white flute with you as well, otherwise encounters are rediculously rare, sweet scent and other pokemon attracting things would also work. You can also get the scales from horsea. But I suggest bagon. Warning: This is a major test on your patience.
