DYNAMIC OVERWORLD PATCH FOR RUBY??

    Hey! Is there a Dynamic Overworld Palette Patch or some equivalent for Ruby? I know there is one for Fire Red. I just want to insert new OWs without making them conform to the existing Ruby palettes etc.
