[Other] Dynamic Trainer Levels

    Hi,
    I want to know if I could get help what should I do if I want to have all Trainer Pokemon levels in my hack to be equal to the player's highest level Pokemon?Kind of like in Pokemon Tower/Frontier, so that difficulty can be maintained throughout and the trainers you encounter will always have the same level as you do, improving game difficulty.
    BTW I'm trying to Hack Pokemon Emerald (U)
