4th Gen Earthquake TM

Hey, I have found the Earthquake TM. However I need another one, I was wondering can I get one without;

- Cheating,
- Trading,

Dose anyone know? I don't think you can, but I thought I would ask here first. ;)

The only way is to trade or migrate from your versions while holding the TM. ;)

No you dont necassarily have to trade or migrate. Check the battle tower rewards (the ones for BP) and its there for 80 bp have fun getting it! it'll take a while.

You can get one of these. Then, aside from importing, you can buy one at the Battle Tower (80 BPs) or pickup one with a 90+ Lv Pokémon, but that's just plain rare so it's kinda wasting your time.
