Easiest/hardest game to complete??

    Kinda self explanatory...which of the GB/GBA games did you find the easiest? The hardest? Keep in mind this is for the IN-GAME QUEST ONLY.

    For me the easiest would have to be Ruby. Shorter storyline, lots of good training places, less maze-type places, and a lot of pokemon available. Most of the trainers/Elite Four were pushovers as well.

    I think the hardest would have to be FR/LG or GSC. GSC has a long story line and the champ has high-level pokemon (although the Johto Elite Four is not too bad) and for FR/LG the story line is pretty long, even without the Sevii Islands.

    So, what do you think?

    Edit: This has NOTHING to do with enjoyment whatsoever. A completely different thing. So just because it is harder doesn't mean I enjoy it less, or the other way around! In fact, Crystal is my favorite.
     
    Pokemon GSC because you have to get 16 badges and their is way more other stuff to do.

    There is no question that GSC is the toughest, which is why most of us agree that it is the best "in-game" version to date.

    The easiest is a tie between RB and RS. Both were pretty elementary in nature, which was VERY disappointing with RS especially. I had hoped after two generations of the same game mechanics that they would have improved upon the GSC model, but didn't.
     
    i actually found FR/LG to be pretty easy cause of the vs seeker so i could level up my pkmn faster. that made it easy to get L60+ Pokemon for the E4. The hardest would have to be Gold/Silver since Red is super-hard to beat (that snorlax is a pain) and levelling up isn't all that easy either. GSC was my favorite, though. I think everyone agrees with me.
     
    PokemonRBYG- there are lots of Glichtes and that could mess up your game. While on the other hand the Glicthes make it easier sometimes. There are only 151 Pokemon and 8 badges. So bascially you can get all of the Pokemon without cheating. Which this is the easiest
    Pokemon GSC-there are lots of badges to get (16 badges). 251 Pokemon and if you didn't cheat you can only get 250 Pokemon. Lots of legi's to catch and more places
    Pokemon RSE- Its average. Pokemon Contest and 8th Gym leaders more places, going through one region. 386 Pokemon in tottal and you can only get about 385 without cheating. More Hoenn Legis then ever and 3 require a ticket to get.
    Pokemon FR/LG-Also Average. Its like RBYG but it has no Glichtes and you can obtain 386 Pokemon. You have to go through 7 islands and two others if you have event tickets. Lots of other stuff.

    I think Pokemon Ruby is the easiest. Pokemon Yellow is Definately the hardest for me. But that might just be because I find Pikachu annoying...
     
    Well i agree with most of you GSC was for me the most challenging and as a result the most enjoyable. the easiest for me was RSE which kinda annoyed me espisially the lack of a real challenge change between picking the easy option (treeko) and the hard option (torchic)
     
    Okaaay... I found GSC 2 b the easiest bcoz the E4's Pokemon are relatively low levels. I thought the hardest woz either REE or RBY. RBY it is hard to train up Pokemon and RSE the Pokemon that the GL and E4 hav are strong.
     
    Easiest: Red and Blue. Once you get to the glitch, you can level your pokemon up easy and make the ultimate team. ;D
    Hardest: I'll go with GSC too. It is much longer, I think, with all of the gyms. ^^; I do have to mention Emerald with the Battle Frontier. It's hard to beat anything for me, since my teams suck. @_@
