[Custom Feature Question] EBS: CRC error in Positioner.exe

So when I use Positioner.exe to reposition a battle sprite, sometimes, I get a weird error saying this:

    libpng warning

    CNxFile Object:
    Graphics\Battlers\[Front or Back folder]\[Pokemon's number].png

But after that, it loads the sprite in question without any trouble whatsoever. Anytime I try to load a particular sprite, it gives me that error and then proceeds to normally work as if nothing happened. All it is is really just an annoying inconvinience since I can't exit back into the list of Pokemon after editing a sprite position for some weird reason, it gives me that error again and just throws me back into the editing menu, which makes me have to enter the values into the pokemon.txt PBS. I'm mostly just curious what causes this, and if there is a fix for it, that's even better. :)

Maybe try opening and save-as-ing your PNG? I'd expect that your image editor will fix the broken CRC.
