[Script] Editing the Intro Script in Pokemon Emerald

I'm very new to romhacking, and for the most part I'm understanding everything I've learned fairly quickly, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to edit one specific line in the intro text. I want to change the "This is what we call a "POKeMON"" line, and change it to "This is what is known as a Pokemon" just to make it flow better with the rest of the text I've changed in the intro, but I don't know if I'm just understanding something wrong or what. I've been looking at scripting tutorials, specifically with XSE tutorials, but I can't find anything pertaining to the intro, and I've used A-Text for the rest of it, and after I started seeing all the warnings surrounding that I don't want to use it anymore.
How do I change that line in XSE?

You need HexManiacAdvance. Once you're in the hex editor, do Ctrl + F, and search for certain parts of the opening speech. You can directly edit the text there.

Thanks! I downloaded it and it turns out that it's got a lot more that I can use too. That's the first I've heard of it but it's already working great. Thank you for the recommendation!
