Editing the whole Intro of FireRed

Hey guys!

I am making my first ROM Hack and already have some progress.
But i was wondering how exactly you can edit the Title Screen, the Intro and the whole Intro from Oak.
Can someone tell me how to do it? SO you have to do it with XSE? If yes what is the offset?
I hope someone can help me, i couldnt really find a tutorial for all of that on here...
