So i've been editing a hack for my own hobby, and all was good, until i reached a certain area, where editing trainers became hell. They were using wrong pokemon and not the ones i was setting for them, under certain circumstances.
As shown in the video, things are fine if i do not enable custom moves. But if i do enable them. the issue happens if i try to add a 4th pokemon, and persists until i delete all pokemon and try again.
This issue happens similarly with other trainers.

Does anyone know to tell me what might be causing this? So that i may avoid it in the future.
It might have to do with the offsets it saves the trainer at, but i checked them and there was plenty of free space...
