ok here's the eevee team i made up.Overall its seems decent but feel free to change it

I know eevee is not a good lead but a eevee team whitout eevee......

I did not put leafeon and glaceon cause i did not use them enough to make a good moveset

Here's what I'd do:

Eevee @Silk Scarf/Focus Sash
Timid/Adaptability
-Yawn
-Return
-Quick Attack
-Dig/Iron Tail

Adaptability is Eevee's best ability, boosting Return and Quick Attack. Adding STAB to that gives a x3 total boost. Use Silk Scarf for an even greater boost, or Focus Sash for survivability. Return is your main attack, with Quick Attack as priority. Dig or Iron Tail to hit rock types. Dig also hits Steel types as well, both of which Eevee has difficulty with.

Vaporeon's set isn't too bad.

I'd give Jolteon HP Ice over Grass, as Electric and Ice get better coverage.

Why two Fire moves on Flareon? I'd do the following:

Flareon @Life Orb
Lonely/Flash Fire
-Fire Fang
-Superpower
-Bite
-HP Grass

I Like Umbreon's set, although get Moonlight and Return as your last two moves, and replace Reflect with Morning Sun on Espeon.

If you want to consider Leafeon and Glaceon, I'll give you a moveset for each of them.

Leafeon @Life Orb
Bold/Leaf Guard
-Leaf Blade
-Swords Dance
-Synthesis
-Subsitute/Dig

SubDance + Synthesis allows you to boost your attack as much as you like, with Leaf Blade as your attack. Alternatively, use Dig to hit Fire and Steel types you may have difficulty with.

Glaceon @Life Orb/Leftovers
Modest or Timid/Snow Cloak
-Ice Beam
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power Ground
-Barrier

Ice Beam for STAB, Shadow ball for another attack. HP Ground hits 3/4 of Glaceon's weaknesses. Barrier for additional Def.
