Egg with yellow spots

    In pokemon go I have two eggs with yellow spots instead of green spots. What does this mean?
     
    The recent update changed the eggs so they have different colors now, depending on the distance (2k = green, 5k = orange, 10K = ?).
     
    10km eggs have purple spots.

    And as ichiDad already mentioned, 5km eggs have brown/orange spots. 2km eggs retain the original coloring.

    I'd like to assume this is a basic cosmetic change for players who don't enjoy checking their bags every time they spin an egg out of a PokéStop. Now you'll know what type of egg it is right out the gate.
