I personally can't stand Natural Gift. Could that be replaced with Aerial Ace?

no. steel types resist leaf blade and giggle at the thought. Natural Gift w/ Leichi Berry is a 80 BP Physical Fire attack that you should definitely use against any steal type after a couple of Swords Dances, right before they try to Whirlwind/Roar you.
