3rd Gen Electabuzz for the Trainer Tower

I need to breed some moves onto an Elekid, so that I can evolve it and use it for the Trainer Tower in FR.

Here's what I want:
Electabuzz
- Thunderbolt (learns via level up)
- Brick Break (breed with a Hitmonlee)
- Psychic (breed with a Drowzee/Hypno)
- ??? (haven't decided yet, what do you think?)

What I'd like to know is...
Will I be able to do this just by breeding and without using any TM's?
If so, how would I go about breeding an Elekid with these moves?

I never knew Elekid could learn Psychic at all o.O
So unless that's confirmed. I don't think you can do it o.o
But. I say try to get Ice Punch? For ground types :]

He is able to learn Psychic, I can confrim that.
I never even thought about the Ground-types! I guess I'll teach him Ice Punch then.

If you can breed Brick Break onto Drowzee/Hypno (I'm not sure if this is possible since I haven't done much breeding in this generation, so you might want to check), then you can breed that with Electabuzz to get both of the moves. If you can't do that, then you'll have to use one of the TMs to do get both moves on Electabuzz.

Turns out you can breed Drowzee/Hypno with Hitmonlee and get a Drowzee with Brick Break. Looks like I'll be able to do it, I just have to figure out the chain... won't be too hard.

Why would you screw around with Brick Break when it can learn Cross Chop? This is the Electabuzz you want:

Electabuzz @ Leftovers
Trait: Satic
EVs: 92 Atk / 208 SAtk / 208 Spd
Mild Nature (+ SAtk, -Def)
- Cross Chop
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
- Thunderbolt

You can breed Electabuzz with a male Machop that has Cross Chop/Fire Punch/Ice Punch.
